Pics of 2011+ trucks flexing?

I'm looking into a project truck. Im thinking to put an ouo lift on it. One Up Offroad 500 Series 10-12 Inch Suspension Lift System - 2011-2013 F250/F350 4wd

It's says 12" of usable travel, what happened to the factory travel. I would have assumed you would gain 12" ontop of the factory travel.
I don't want to have to go to a 10-12" lift if I don't have to, I'd like to be around the 7" mark. I like the icon lift but I'm worried it won't have the travel I'm looking for with the rear leafs. Are there any good systems 6-8" lift with rear 4 link? Al I can find besides the ouo kit is lifts with blocks (ghetto) or leafs.and not air ride.

Please post pictures you have of some of the different set ups you guys have flexing.
Here's a pic of my buddies truck outside his shop. But I don't want that high of a lift.6-8" max for what I want
