Dear Ford

Dear Ford, you say your trucks are built Ford Tough. Bull. Yes my 2011 6.7 is a great tow vehicle but how tough is it that at 61,000 Km the multi function switch on my turn signal stalk fails and my wipers stay on at the lowest interval in the middle of summer. Three weeks after I PAY to get that replaced my turn signals stay on after a left or right turn and at the same time the service advance trac light comes on. Now I'm told that the steering position sensor is causing this, another $365.00 Oh wait, that didnt fix the turn signal issue, that problem is the steering column controller which is another $250.00. You warranty is a lousy 3 years 60K whichever comes first. How smart is it to put so many electronics in the most abused and dirty type of vehicle in Canada, a one tonne truck supposedly built for work. Mine is a daily driver and the only work it does is when I hit the gas to pass a sunday driver or tow the 5-er. And my electronics are failing. If this continues I will be coming after you for the bill because this is unacceptable for a vehicle with a $75K price tag.

did you call ford direct? there not on here its just a powerstroke enthusiast site....

we have the 11s gasers at work and there is alot of things i don't like about them compared to my 02,

with that said, not sure on the warranties offered in canada but the last one i bought was back in 06(a f150) and it was 3/36k and i paid extra for the bumper to bumper 6/75k miles

2002 F250 7.3/JW Tow master 4r100 203k miles
Mods:explorer heater valve, WR GP relay, RiffRAff boots, lariat overhead console, Hydra chip, 6637 mod, 6.0 cooler, AIH delete and isspro2 trans, egt, and boost gauges. 92 gallon aux tank with a total capacity of 130gallons, 1800 mile range , 4" MBRP straight Piped. 2" Warrior shackles

One more issue related to electronics making the dashboard go bing and I'll be in touch with them. I can take quite a lot of pushing and I'm at my limit right now.
