OEM Headlights are Crap

Whats the best upgrade availalbe for 11+ superduty's? I'd primarily like to get more and higher quality light than my stockers.
Had the opporunity to see the "Recon" style projectors (complete replacement) and they sorta sucked in my opion.

The best would be doing a full projector swap which is very expensive. All of the OEM style aftermarket brands that make a direct replacement headlight like Recon, Spyder, etc. seem to be more for cosmetics rather than providing more light output. I personally wasn't impressed with the '08-10 Recon headlights. I think the light output was even less than the stockers and you can only use Recon's HIDs with their headlights or so they say. I ended up with HIDs in my stock housings. They're pretty good when they work but sometimes are problematic in cold weather.

The d2s 2.0? Why such a small projector in such a large housing.? Just because there so easy? Why wouldn't you go with a more elite projector. A set of rx330 afs would fit perfect. Or even better a set of ls460r bi xenons .

I have morimotos in mine, they rock. I get flashed all the time with my stock setup. I'd do projectors if it wasnt so expensive. I did fogs and headlights. Super bright and not yellow crap like OEM.

The morimotos are by no means a crap projector but they are an entry level projector. After having used ls430's ls460's s2000's rx330afs it's hard to match those elite projectors for range and width.
