Superduty TSBs

So I found this document online and is this complete and real? Can I just take this to the dealer and have them do the work?

search superduty and there is a lot of stuff including lifting the rear of the 250 2"!

i have a 6.4 and talked to a service guy i know really well my truck had like 3 TSB's on it. If you take your truck in under warrenty and ask for the TSB's to be looked at you will have to pay for labor if a tsb is found to be broken or not up to par the parts will be covered under warrenty. NOW!! he did tell me one way to get around cause my truck is still under warrenty, if you take your truck and get an oil change, and ask do any of these TSB's apply to me, they HAVE to check them for free because your truck is already in the shop for something and the parts will be covered under warrenty. hope that helps some of you guys out!!
