Page address changed as to not use the company name directly. I was told by Justin at CFD that I was using a copyrighted name. Not anymore.

I would really like to hear from a satisfied customer of theirs if any exist.

Is confederate Diesel a Corporation or LLC? Or is it just a self proprietorship?

Cuz if it is not a corporation then anyone can use the same name to open up shop... Thus making it a name that is not owned by them!

Good point.

What kills me is how Autoguide is padding these guys from anything negative said, and CFD has done a bang-up job of editing and deleting posts in their forum. REAL class act bunch they are...
UNBROKEN posted a thread in their forum yesterday that went poof. Dan's posts in the CFD forum were edited and his post about their "quality" turbo kit got locked. Sure is a shame that this situation is being handled this way.

I agree...

CFD could have made it right and would have gained respect in doing so. Instead, they blame the owner of the truck, the powder coaters, the lack of trained welders, etc.

That's ok though. After all the information that has come to light in the last few days, you would have to be blind, deaf, and/or stupid to trust your vehicle and money to them. Even the "kits" they offer... another member purchased one and posted images of how it was received... what a joke!

I just wish more people would take a stand and not let so called "shops" get away with bs like this.
