Good vs bad dealership service departments

I'm gonna start this thread where we can give thumbs up or thumbs down on our experience with dealerships:

Jarrett Scott Ford Plant City, Florida. THUMBS DOWN  Poor customer service. Doesn't follow through on commitments. Will keep your vehicle forever and never offer a rental car. Expects you to keep coming back at their convenience. Replaced my turbo and now it has to go back in because it is leaking oil. Going to a different dealership. Filled out customer service questionnaire and never heard a word from the owner or manager. Guess they don't care either. lucky I have 4 dealerships to choose from in my area.

Rodeo Ford in Goodyear, AZ. Busy, but good service dept. I bought my SD and my wife's Expedition the same day...good experience as far as car dealers go.

Dont try Brandon Fl Ford. I had to threaten to not keep my truck to get good service and a rental.

Montrose Ford in Alliance Ohio

Wrote up a replacement radiator that leaked at the tank crimp as a warranty job even though I was a few hundred miles over the bumper to bumper and I didn't even buy it from them. Only had my truck for about 6 hours too.

Dave Knapp Ford in Greenville, Ohio def. Thumbs down!!! I paid for an oil change and they only added 5-6 quarts of new oil. Can you say "theft of services!"

Pretty sure the power train warranty is for internal engine and power train parts.

Mac Haik in Georgetown, Tx is the worst place to take a diesel. I wouldn't let those unprofessional, non-caring idiots do an oil change on my truck.

The service manager is the biggest a-hole you ever met in your life. I think he actually enjoys saying "that's normal on these trucks".

I bought my truck there and they were pretty good to deal with, but will never buy another one there because of the service dept.

Must be the twin brother of the A-Hole service manager for Mac Haik Ford in Houston. I heard the same BS......"that's normal for these trucks.......". So I still ride down the highway with a vibration at 75MPH.
