4 MONTHS LATER NO refund for returned MBRP exhaust?!?!

REturned faulty unused, and untouched exhaust to Performance Machine MFG in May and have still NOT recieved my refund. Can anyone help? I guess its to the point of getting lawyers involved. I've been nice and patient and thats been getting me no where. Over $500 for original exhaust and just Under $100 to ship back.

I assume you have tried calling them and emailing them to the point of annoyance. I had to do that once, not with that seller

I had trouble getting a refund out of a place in Tennessee one time for an exhaust that never showed up. I used the BBB in that state and finally got my refund. Might be worth a shot.

I had major issues out of a place in Florida that refused to honor their warranty/return policy as stated on their website. I had to contact the attny. generals office in my home state, then the attny. general in Florida. Between the two, I FINALLY got my $$$ back several months later.

Consumer Complaints for Performance Machine & MFG - Greater East Tennessee BBB

I use the BBB also and even though Performance isn't a member BBB will contact them

BBB has scored Me refunds from my aftermarket warranty company and the Greedy Chase bank

Turned the BBB on them and still no luck. This company doesn't have a conscience.

Have you ever heard of Cobbs diesel? Rebel Diesel? and of course Performance Machine and MFG because you ordered from them. Well, just look up Cobbs diesel since all three of these companys are the same guy and you will see why you don't have your money back

Since you mail ordered it did you not pay with a credit card? One call to your credit card company and they will make it right!
