Slips to neutral from 1st to 2nd

well i searched the .org and couldn't find anything.
when my truck is cold every now and then it will shift into neutral from 1st to 2nd. its a 2011 with 40k miles and tuned and deleted for 20k miles. I'm running h&s tunes and i have done the trans relearn a couple times but it still does it. i think I'm just gonna get the spe tunes and be done with the h&s ones.
any thoughts?
