New to the Powerstroke World

Greetings, after 12+ years of driving Dodge Cummins, I am now the owner of an awesome 2012 F350 Lariat.

So far I love the truck.

For maintenance items(like oil and fuel filters) I had one place to go for the cummins, but I am not seeing similar place for the powerstroke. Where is the best place(best price) for one-stop shopping? I am the kinda guy who likes to have extra filters and such on hand.

I have no intention of bombing this truck, cost way too damn much to fix!!! Plus, it pulls my camper just fine down the road with decent fuel mileage to boot.

Thanks guys.

Welcome! Sorry to hear you wasted those years behind the wheel of a Cummins...
I get my filters from dieselfiltersonline.com

As you can see the grass truly IS greener on the other side

As far as getting filters and such, you used to be able to go directly to an International parts center and get parts but now that the 6.7 is in house, I believe you will have to go to a Ford dealer and get robbed for the parts unfortunately. Glad to have you here

Welcome! Don't let them harass you to much about being a past Cummins owner. I still like my Duramax/Allisons and have thick skin. Some people on this forum bleed Ford Blue and some acknowledge that there are other brands that also are good choices.

I too have recently switched to a F350 Lariat and love it so far.

Congrats. I am Happy...Happy....Happy with my 6.7

I acknowledge that Cummins and Duramax have their strengths too. But for my use, the Ford was THE choice...hands down. Just rolled 20mpg hand calculated in a 400 mile trip across PA. Not bad for an F350 CCLB!
