$10K To Spend What Would You Do?

Long story short, I have $10K to spend on my truck a few things and random thoughts below. Any input is appreciated!

Musts:
Ranch Hand Legend Front Bumper (Not sure if I want the rear yet or not??) - $1800 installed for both
Rigid 20 or 30 inch light bar - $700 - 1000
K To Spend What Would You Do?-ranch-hand-light.jpg
Window Tint for Front Windows - $70

Thinking About:
Wheels and Tires (I am looking at a set of Nitto Terra Grappler ATs and rims - will edit later with the exact size) - $2450 from Discount Tire - Still open to suggestions, but do know I don't want to lift yet..
H&S Race Tunner and DPF Delete Exhaust - $2000 - Still not sure if I want to jump on the delete band wagon since I only have 5K miles
Aftermarket Nav Unit - I would like it but still not sure if its worth it at the moment.
New Floormats - Thinking some WeatherTech or Husky Liner ones - $200
Toolbox Tonneau Cover - $2500 - Thinking about the two below but they are VERY pricey
Truck Covers USA American Work Tonneau Cover, Truck Covers USA Bed Cover
Truck Covers USA American Work Junior Tonneau Cover - Best Price on American Work Jr Truck Bed Tonneau Covers

10k won't get you too far. Aka .quality lift , wheels and tires. Cai , btw get a bed rug. They are amazing.

Wheels are useless IMO unless you lift it.

Tuner , cai , 5" pipes , leveling kit and new shoes.
I bought a bed cover to use with my toolbox and yanked it out in 3 days. If u use ur bed a lot I wouldn't recommend. Why not get ur bed sprayed?
And what about some tail lights and headlights or LEDs all around

I normally use my bed quite a bit but everything under it needs to be dry normally. I have a soft cover at the moment and am fairly happy with it. I just really miss a secure toolbox too and know the soft cover has absolutely no security.

My one big issue with the tunner is that I don't want to void the warranty so soon. I guess I almost feel like I haven't worked all of the kinks out yet i guess.

Does anyone out there with front AND REAR replacement bumpers have any regrets about getting the rear? I think that is the first thing I am going to do, but I'm still stuck on that.
