Rancho 4" Sport Lift Issues

Anyone installed the Rancho 4" Sport lift in there F-250/350? I had one installed by a local shop and after bringing it home noticed the driver front side was sitting lower than the passenger side (one inch) to be exact). The shop contacted Rancho and they sent out new front springs after installing them they were the same (one inch lower on the driver side) this all went down on Friday and Rancho is closed on weekends. The shop is thinking that one of the drop down brackets is causing the spring to be pushed outward... I have no idea we'll see what Rancho says on Monday. Anyone else encounter this problem?

We've found out that this kit is being sent out with a trac bar drop down bracket that's too short. The shop has been in contact with Rancho and they wanted all the dimensions of the truck to possibly make another bracket or install a adjustable trac bar. This all sounded pretty hokey to me so were taking off the Rancho lift and installing an Icon 4.5". Just thought I'd give everyone a heads up if there considering this lift.
