New owner - questions (coolant, pats, part id, paint)

First post and a new owner here.

Picked up a 2012 F350 Lariat 4x4 6.7 PSD with 36k miles on it. Platinum metallic and adobe on the bottom. Looks really sharp. Previous owner did some driving as the build date was less than a year ago! He took immaculate care of the truck. Has service records and it looks brand new on the outside.

I have some questions that I haven't been able to find on my own:

1: What kind of coolant can I use to just top off the recovery tank? All my searches just talk about adding additives. Can I just put in some 50/50 Prestone any color off the shelf coolant or do I need to buy Motorcraft?

2: Previous owner lost one of the keys. Selling dealer is a Chevy dealer and claimed stupidity about getting me a new key. From what I have found I need to take the truck to a dealer or locksmith to program the new key in. 4 button keys can be found from $100 to $150 on line. What is the going rate to have a dealer program the key into the computer?

3: In the tool roll behind the passenger seat is a metal plate. What the heck is this for?

4: Although the truck is in almost perfect condition there is some wear on the painted parts inside. Either the previous owner kept his fingers on the same area or he had something on his fingers that took the paint off. Is there a paint that can be used to touch up interior parts (see picture for an example) or just don't worry about it? The rear passenger door has wear marks on the door panel as if something rubbed on it.

Thanks for looking!

Your maintenance records may show if and when the coolant was tested and additives added. Our trucks are very strict on using the correct coolant, so don't just top it off with Prestone. There are two coolant pumps, 11 radiators and nearly 8 gallons of coolant managing all the heat that 400 hp diesel generates. Follow the maintenance manual on care of the cooling system.
