what kind of tool

do Ford mechanics use to change fuses in a 2011 F350 6.7?

I just saw a mechanic change a fuse for the trailer wiring and that fuse box is not exactly handy. You need to have tiny hands to reach the back fuses. Do they use some sort of offset needle nose?

There is a white plastic fuse puller supplied on the inside of the fuse box cover.
