Another Regen Worry/Question

I know this question pops up from time to time and I never had a problem with too many Regens, until this week.
I just turned 4,500 miles on my 2012 6.7 today. Those are pretty much all Interstate miles. I drive about 25 miles round trip on the interstate to work every day then more on the weekends when I like to travel. Always experienced one Regen per tank it seems. Now this week after I came back from a 600+ mile trip it seems to be going into Regen about every 20 miles!!!
I haven't changed my driving style (always set cruise about 60mph and go) so I'm a little confused. Only thing I did different is fuel up at another station. I'm wondering since it started to do this right after I filled up if it happens to be anything with the fuel?? I've never even added DEF yet.
Another note I'm always lucky when it goes into Regen it completes it before I shut it off so I'd rule that out. Right now I'm just making a list of the miles at every time it happens
Any ideas?

Drain your fuel filter to see if there is water in it?

My truck did excessive regents, I brought it to the dealer and they replaced the left exhaust valves. I do not know if that is going to fix the problem, but this has been my experience so far.
