strange sounds after shut down

My truck recently started making weird sounds after I shut my truck off. I found a you tube clip of a different truck making the same sounds. I later found the clip was posted on this forum in another section but I am not getting much response. Is this sound normal? Are a lot of your guys trucks making this noise?

Heres the clip link

It does not start making the noise until about 20 seconds into the clip.

Mine makes that noise as well, usually a few minutes after I shut the engine down. To the best of my knowledge, and I may be wrong, but I believe that is the EGR valve, or something to do with the EGR

Thats the vacuum bleeding off at the wastegate actuator, its a common problem,Ford says its normal and not to repair, but lots of tech are replacing the actuator because of it.
