Buying 6.7 rental

I'm considering the purchase of an 12 xlt with 80k miles.
Price $32k
Standard crew cab SB
Cloth interior

Is there anything I should be concerned about with
This truck other than it was a rental, and who know how it was
Driven..

Also looking at a 08 CCLB 68k miles for 31k
I don't need a long bed, as I prefer a short bed.

Do not get an 08 unless you do all the deletes. From what ive heard there is a huge regen problem, and a lot of other things. Ask people that have them. Id be really careful with the rental truck. Drive it for sure.

for that many miles and it being a rental, that price seems high for an XLT

I bought a new 12 XL for $35k. It was light on the options, but it had the diesel. You better shop around.

Yeah for that rental truck I'd at least get down to 25k before I pulled the trigger. The only good thing is that truck is almost out of warranty so you could delete without feeling much remorse. IMHO, new is best though. Try to get a smokin deal on a leftover 12 if you can. I'm talking +15k off sticker. Good luck.

Every buy a rental, those things had more dicks in them than a street corner pro.
