If you're talking F350 then you'll probably lose the hydro boost brakes that came on the 11's and get the vacuum boost braking system that has been standard since 01/12. The hydro system makes more pressure allowing for, some say, a better braking 'feel' but I would guess that's just personal preference. The techno-guys on here could explain it - I just pull heavy stuff (and think the brakes are great).
side note: the KR leather in my truck barely shows signs of wear let alone 'cracking'. 2 years and 26K miles and could pass for almost new. and I weigh an 1/8th of a ton...

LOL! I am 6'-4" and weigh in at 260# as wellhnoes:
I had the KR for 2 years and put 57k miles on it. Once it got past 40k the cracks started showing. If it happens before your warranty expires you will be fine, but I know there are a lot of people complaining about the 2011 leather.
Didnt the early 11s have some turbo issues also or just some of them.....
Texan aviator welcome to the org.... Im on F150online as well. I hopped on the diesel wagon last year. ended up with a6.4 that i tuned and deleted.
I'm now thinking I'll just wait for some rebates and get a 2013 towards the end of the year. I sure hope they figure out the delete kits for the '13s.
