Buy 15 qts, check it as you fill up. Then you'll know for yourself.

have you seen the dip stick on these 6.7's ??? haha
did some more research and it is 13qts.
but what im pissed about is i took it in for its first oil change and im pretty sure they put 15qts . and i drove it with 15 for about 6k miles so now im wondering if anything got messed up??
the reason why i know they put 15 is because when i check it last month it was hard to get a reading on the dipstick and now i know why because it was over filled and it was past the indicator on the dipstick.
they are going to hear something from me tmrw let me tell you!

6.4 is 15qts. and 6.7 is 13 qts. And you are correct, over-filling the oil is not good. Foams the oil and then you can a ton of issues due to starvation. Check your oil every time before you leave service.

It's 13 according to the book and it looks fine on my dipstick. If they can't even read the book and tell you how much oil to put in I'd be questioning them even looking at my truck as they walk past it in the parking lot.
