Snow plows?

I am considering a plow for my '13, the new Fisher XV2 is what I am thinking. Do any of you plow snow with your 6.7? Which plow and what other mods do your trucks have?

I'd buy a beater and put a plow on it. Now way I'd put a plow on my truck. I realize some have to do it....but it's brutal on the front end.

I put a 7' bottom trip diamond/myers plow on a skid steer plate and attach that to my 75HP New Holland front end loader. That moves some freakin snow!

2012 F350 CCLB 3.55 ELD with 20s. Lariat package, Chrome, FX4, Clearance Lights, Rapid Heat, Two Tone, Upfitters, HD Alternator, 5th Wheel prep, Truxedo Lo Pro Tonneau. Linex. On board air and shocker XL train horns.

THIS THING ROCKS!

I have snow removal contracts for multiple car dealerships (Lexus, Ferrari, and Maserati) and a self storage center. We use our two John Deere backhoes and a JD skid steer. We have 3 trucks, one being a 2000 7.3 with a Meyers straight blade. My truck and my dads '08 450 both have the fisher extreme v's in stainless steel. Once you use an adjustable V plow you can't go back. I have the 8.5' model on my F-250. Scrapes great and stacks really well.

The only thing I do to the truck before I go out to plow is put about 2000 pounds of bagged salt in the bed along with my Meyers spreader that inserts into the hitch.

The plow is awesome, I have had zero problems with mine in the year I have owned it, my dad has had his for about 5 years now and has had zero problems with it. I highly recommend the fisher Xtreme V.
