Arrow ford in focus.... 2013

Hey guys my father's thinking of a 2013 platnium.... I understand these 6.7's are turbo killers because the poor design of the seals... my question is why?

Also something about it dropping intake valves and blowing the motor. Is this true?

Also about the connecting rods? Any problems with it in stock mode(dpf, def and SCR left on)

Do ya honestly think its worth it? He's also looking at the new dodge, but he dislikes them because of the shifting patterns.... he says it feels the truck lacks in pulling power, also since its a new truck design he don't want to be held with a lemon truck

When he test drove the Ford, he was impressed very much, just of the worry of the truck falling apart on him so what do ya think?

Where did you get your "turbo killer" label for the 6.7? Because there were a couple horror stories on here about 6.7's? Guess what buddy, go on any diesel forum, and you'll find the same exact stories. So just drop all your misconceptions and get that 6.7! You'll love it
