Truck feels like it has no power.....HELP!!

So comming home from work today no load or trailer and just driving around the truck is feeling kinda weak, i dont no if its just in my head or what, but it feels like its pulling ok on the highway, but came to several stop lights and hammered the pedal, the truck feels very slow, boost gauge will barley cross the first 10lb of boost bar at full throttle from a stop and on the toll way, no funny noises or weird smoke out the back end, nothing sounds out of place..... Any thoughts??? thanks guys outside temp 75 degrees not much humidity. thanks alot as always !!!

I was going to guess turbo but...
no really if its only been 50 miles since fuel filter, check and see if there is a leak you might be getting air in to your fuel?
I am not the most knowledgeable guy here by ANY means but seems to me a good place to start. if not someone will be along post haste to correct me and in the mean time you have something to do
nice looking rig by the way
