Pleasant Experience with TX Dealer

Just picked up my Kodiak brown/black interior F250 King Ranch from Mac Haik Desoto Ford south of Dallas, TX. I got almost 12K (roughly 18%). I spoke to the sales manager there. If you want his contact info let me know, PM me.

I literally picked up the truck, he had it filled up, made ready and I filled out the papers. No BS. Would do again.

That's great to know because the Mac Haik in Houston has horrible customer service. All they care about is getting their precious survey filled out. After that, you're on your own.

Had horrible experience with Mac Haik in Houston several years ago.

Bought my '12 from Jose at Covert Ford in Austin and would buy from them again- simple transaction and a good price.

yea these guys were all about their survey but they did a good job for the most part. The finance guy got mad (pouty) when I turned down the maintenance & ext warranty plans. The sales guys was new and didnt know much about my questions but he did go find other guys that new to ask so that I guess was helpful. I dealt with the sales manager and just picked up the truck. So it was easy.

Regardless 12K off MSRP!

100% truth! I bought my '13 Mustang GT from them and wish I never did now. Won't ever go back there. Horrible customer service.

I had a very pleasant experience with Russell & Smith Ford. Check them out.

I'll second Russell&Smith. McRee Ford has also been good for me in the past.

Ryan Ford in Sealy was extra slimey- I'd steer clear of those dirtbags.

I also bought my truck 2 1/2 weeks ago from Mac Haik Desoto. Absolutely great people to deal with. It was worth a flight from cajun country to pick up a new truck and drive it back

Champion ford of Katy treated me good last year. I had also bought 2 other trucks form the Sales manager. Gave me the best price I could find in Houston.
