NO HELP FROM FORD

We have been told by FORD MOTOR CO. that there is nothing that can be done for our 2011 F-350 6.7 casastrophic engine failure (bad valves) truck has 150K miles. Have been told by Ford mechanic that he has seen 7 others with the same issues and Ford Motor has agreed to replace a hand full. What is wrong with that picture. Any one else have the similar issues? We are seeking an attorney due to this.

I have no idea why they would help you, yes it sucks, but it really is not Fords problem anymore. Unless you get thousands of people that have issues and all make a complaint, they will not do anything.

1 person having an issue after using a heavy duty for 150K, its not a surprise to need maintnance. with 50k, i could see, 150k, no way

A mechanic at a Ford dealership in Az posts interesting you-tube clips.
The 6.7 liter Scorpion engine made in Mexico by Ford has a failure pattern
in the non-waste gated chassis---F 450 and 550.
Multiple exhaust valve fractures in vehicles with as little as 20,000 miles.

apparently Ford is redesigning the head

here are 3 short clips
