Throwing codes & not able to communicate with truck

Hey guys,

Well the 13 is back in the shop. 3rd time in the last month. Ive owned it for 1 month and its spent over 2 weeks sitting in the bay at the dealership. The problem now is that its throwing codes. Which one i dont know because the dealership doesn't even know yet. They cant "talk" to the pcm anymore. The last thing they did was calibrate the speedo for the biggest tires on file but they dont have a calibration for the 37's i have on..

Just wondering if anyone else had this problem with not being able to communicate between truck and code reader?

I hear alot of ppl say they love these new trucks but right now I'm really wishing my 6.0 hadnt been totalled....

Thanks in advance,
Todd

No it wasnt..
.First problem was that it was showing all my doors ajar, then if i hit a bump it would go to drivers door only... Hit another pothole and it would turn the alert off.
2nd time it was the transmission.. 1-3 gear it would ramp up the rpm but put no power to the wheels. and when it geared down it would jump forward like i was stomping the pedal

Just went and picked the truck up.. all they told me was that they had to put a new learning file on the truck and to drive it for the weekend and let them know if it comes on again.. What that means i dont know. and they dont know exactly why communication stopped between obdii and pc.

Sounds like maybe they think it's a PCM problem that it's not learning or having a problem with the adaptability. But they probably need to replace the PCM if they can't communicate. Especially given the past electrical issues
