Sweet rig. You're making a similar move to the one I'll be making later this year... But my race car isn't nearly as cool. I'm moving from a well worn '02 (with an '01 in service date) Dodge 2500 with the 6 speed to a SRW F350. Can't say there's nothing wrong with my Dodge, as the interior is slowly disintegrating. Started with the dash, but all the plastic is just slowly rotting. Drivetrain is still ready to kick *** and take names. :-)

I wish Texas had more options for Class A license exemptions, as I *want* a lounge in my trailer, but no toilet or shower. Sadly, that won't qualify as an RV for registration purposes, so I'd have to go CDL to do what I want (legally). On the plus side, it's much easier to park an SRW in suburbia, and I won't make nearly as many "friends" at the track. :-) A nice futon in a 28 footer will work just fine.
