Found longbox 140L fuel tank, will it fit my short box? edit- no it will not
I have a 2012 F350 lariat screw, with a ridiculous fisher price 85L tank, found a 140L tank but do not know if it will work. Has anyone done this, or know if it will bolt in? Is the 2012 D.E.F. tank built into the fuel tank?

Doubt it. Enough people want it that if it was a direct bolt-in I'm sure Ford would be doing it, and Titan's aftermarket fuel tank wouldn't hold 15 gallons more for the long box.

On my 11 I know the DEF is a separate tank. (I have seen it off the truck twice!)

From the measurements it looks like it will work, I just can not believe no one has done this. I have messages in to Titan, one of their sellers, a ford rep online. I will post the results.

I make custom checker plate aluminum fuel tanks, and if I wasn't so worried about condensation and this stupid water filtration scare with our trucks, it would already have a shiny new one. Mind you after having a tank in my 2000 Dually for 10 years I like the regained room.
It was nice going 3000 km without needing a fill though.

The long box tank will not work. $300 down the tubes.
