First time Ford owner and forum newbie with a few questions

Hey guys awesome forum you all have here. Have enjoyed looking around so far. Long time cummins owner but have switched teams and just picked up my new 13 350. I have only had it for about 5 days and just over 100 miles on it. If you are looking for a long term test this is not it! Anyways about 6 weeks ago I ordered my new truck and I must say with the little amount of miles I love it. I ordered this truck with these options but am confused on a few things. Please bare with me cause I know some are options that come with the package.
F-350 crew short
Lariat
FX4
non chrome package no running boards
Chrome 20's
My touch sync
Adj pedals power telescopic folding mirrors
Remote start
Plow prep w dual alt
When I ordered the truck I insisted on heated seats, unfortunately my truck does not have them. Did I miss something here? Did the dealer miss something? Or was the truck built wrong?
I figured one of the ordering guru's would be able to help me....thanks for the cool site guys!

Welcome to the site, and the Ford world. The obvious question is, what prompted the switch from the "Cum'on"? I just sold my 08 F350 and got my (new to me) 11 f250, but haven't got to much more than sit in it so far. Can't wait till next week to drive it.

Thought the heated seats were standard on a Lariat. Heck that's one reason the wife liked getting it cause she wants her seat heated!!

I have seen some Lariats without the a/c seats. I have both on mine.

I just ordered mine about 3 weeks ago. From what I remember the heated seats were optional on the Lariat (standard on the Platinum and KR). If you get the Lariat interior package or Ultimate package they are included.

I'm still waiting for my truck but am real familiar with the ordering process 'cause I spent a LOT of time getting it just the way I wanted. If you ordered the interior or ultimate package you get heated/AC seats. The Lariat can be ordered without them if you don't select one of those two packages. Hope that helps. If you go to the Ford web site and build your truck you can see all the packages and what they include - or don't include if you don't order them.

Maybe you have them. My heated/cooled seat control in on the 8" display Ford Sync (Climate) control (and not where the the manual indicates).

Update...yes the heated seats are an option on the lariat. News to me and the dealer. We are working through the mix up! I will say they are being more than fair.
