11. 12 & 13 Interior

Got my 11 today, FX4 Lariat loaded! Quite honestly the most comfortable, best looking interior I have ever seen in a work truck! I have the Black leather and it is simply awesome! I really loved my 08 interior and thought that the 11 would just be some new buttons, but was I ever wrong, wow!!!What do others think of them?

How do you like the Ford MyTouch? Mine seems abit buggy sometimes...it will lock up for 20 seconds or so. It also has problems sending calls from my iPhone, but it always receives.

When it's working though its great.

I stayed away from the MyTouch b/c of issues observed. The Ford MyTouch is a big reason Consumer Reports dropped Ford's reliability ratings on several vehicles. Now, I am not saying it's not working for people...but a lot of glitching,locking up, twitching stories swayed me.

It does look cool. But, honestly, I am happy to live without it.

Yes...I think the interiors of these trucks are great. I was giving a friend of mine a lift and he saw a BMW 5 series and made a comment, then said...of course...this truck is nicer. Dang straight! LOL!

I have absolutely have had NO issues with my MyTouch. I am greatly enjoying the system, it works very well. I have used all the features of the system in last two weeks and everything works the way it should. Phone conversations are very clear and the phone syncs up with the system without issues. I am using iphone 4s. I can answer the the calls with the button on the steering wheel or the screen, either one works great. If something changes I will report back here.

I haven't had a single issue with mine. It's occasionally a bit laggy and not overly intuitive sometimes but I'm glad I have it. Especially if I'm driving in a city that I don't know very well. I hate having stick on GPS on my dash.

As far as comparing the interior of a 5-series to our trucks..... Not even in the same league man. Best truck interior by far but a far cry from a BMW.

Not really a fan of the '13s interior. Just my opinion. I dont like how it angles downwards. It looks like it also takes away the tray on the top too. I use that tray alot for paper work and such.

i like the storage under the tray and the screen is more visible when tilted straight on, way better in my opinion

Regarding the Bimmer...my buddy was referring to overall vehicle. I've sat in some M3's and such. Yeah....they're nice. But, they're a car. I've just never been a big BMW fan.
