What was your 1st Upgrade?
Picking up my new 2012 F350 KR CC 4x4 SWB next week after 2 weeks of haggling!
What was your 1st upgrade? My first will be a 20" LED light bar in the front bumper and upfitter switches. I can only sneak in about one a month SWWK (so wife won't know)!

Deleted 4x4 stickers and added a Carli pintop 4.5, Fuel wheels and 37 toyo m/t's.

Bilstein 5100 shocks with 60 miles on the truck. Mine is f250 and I am happy with the factory height and stance. I hated the factory shocks though.

Nitto terra grappler 295/70R18 before it ever left the dealership. Quickly followed by Bilstein 5100's, Ride Rites, and TGC steering stabilizer.
