icon stage one help/question

going to install an icon stage one level kit this weekend....how in the hell are you guys lifting the truck high enough to drop the axle out and remove spring??!!! I have standard 4 ton jack stands, and a floor jacks with about 28" of lift...my jack stands extend about 2 feet and that aint even close to getting the truck frame high enough to drop the axle down!....obviously a 2 post lift would be a nice option, but i just DONT happen to have one in my shop...YET!! LOL.....any suggestions??? pretty please?
