Ok so I always hear people talking about once tuned and deleted these things run amazing, & have great mileage. Well hear is my deal I put a mini max on about two months ago and yes it does run better, but nothing like what I was expecting hearing from everyone on hear. My mileage has not changed hardly at all, and it is not due to driving. I drive like a grandpa 90% of the time.

So my question is did I get a weak one, or what?

Deleted or not? Is the Mini Maxx on the latest update? What setting have you been running it on? Most see the best milage on hot/performance

Yes EGR, and DPF delete. It has the latest update I believe. Not really sure how to check that. I have been running it on hot the whole time pretty much.

The problem is everyone that deletes their truck keeps talking it up saying how awesome it is just to make themselves feel better about spending over a grand, and having 50,000$ truck with no warranty. Sorry if you listened those guys before you deleted yours

Black2012, Im gonna have to step in here and DISAGREE with you. Not cool to talk down to people who decided they wanted to delete their trucks. Its their damn truck. They pay the note on it and its their choice to Void the warranty if they choice to. Dont call out folks, when you, yourself arent tuned.

If the OP is unhappy with the results with H&S, then he can go back to stock, if he kept his parts. Or he may want to try it on a lower setting.

Also did the OP, install the Mini max after his lift and tires or before? That info would help. With the addition to larger wheels and tires, the MPG you would gain will go down due to lift, wheels and tires.

You may want to call H&S and see what they tell you.

I put it on after the tires. Still running stock height.

Sony get me wrong it does run great, I guess it's just not near what I was expecting from what everyone has been saying about them.

Had a coworker do a full exhausts and a Blackmaxx on his 2011 6.7 and it seems slow compared to others. We reloaded the stock tune and checked for PCM updated with the IDS and updated the modules. Reloaded the Blackmaxx and he says its faster now.

I wouldn't say that a tuned/deleted 6.7 is fast because they are not. They preformed pretty well stock. I will say they seem to run much better and gain a few mpgs though. It did make passing on a 2 lane easier

I deleted for mileage gains but only saw a 1-2 mpg increase so for me it wasn't worth it. I'm back to stock now.
