Overboost problem.

My 08 350 is boosting extremely high as of last night. Was driving down the interstate and heard the turbo spool real hard, looked at the gauge and the psi was around 35. limped it home and again today just driving down my road it climbs way too fast. need a few ideas to check before i take it in. Sidenote the temp here is 0 with minus 15 wind chill. Any help would be great.
