Diesel Additive?

I have a 2012 F-350 with 5in straight pipe and a minimax with about 9000 miles. I know a lot of people use different additives and was just wondering which one you guys like and why? I use to use Diesel Kleen in my 7.3l about once a month but just looking to get some more insight on which brand and how often? I live in Ohio so we have all 4 seasons from 100 Degrees to 10 Degrees and was wondering if there is a better one for cold / hot weather? Thanks!

One interesting thing to do is to find the MSDS sheets for the additives. It's amazing the similarities and things in the additives. After reviewing the tests and reviewing the MSDS sheets, I chose Diesel Kleen. I have 12,000 miles on mine...and have run DK since the 2nd tank full. Some argue it's not needed. Some argue it is. I don't know...I guess I'm buying into the additional lubrication factor that might help ensure HPFP longevity.

Depends where you are located. You can google it and see if anyone in your area handles it. If not there are several places online to order it.

Last I checked no one is holding a gun to your head asking for an answer. Move on if the subject doesn't interest you anymore.
