Transfer flow 50gal problem

I've put the tfi50 midship in place of my factory 25. I then had the dealership reprogram the truck to tell it there was a 50 gallon tank in there. But no matter what, every time I fill up it still has 15 gallons left in the tank when the dte and fuel gauge say its empty. What is going on?

I assume you've contacted Titan to see if anyone else has been having this issue? If so, that might give you some leads. Also, are you sure the tech put in 50 gallons when he reprogrammed it? Perhaps the programming didnt save? When the tank is full, what does the DTE tell you?

I'd like to know if you get this resolved because I was seriously contemplating one of these for myself. 26 gallons is just stupidly small for a truck thats meant to tow.

I will call Titan today but they may look at me funny for owning a transfer flow.
