If u have lights already don't they just plug in? Adding them yourself i thought there was a plug under the headliner.a harness near the drivers pillar

I didn't get them for the factory. I believe the complete harness would get replaced if I went with oem but I'm going with the recon lights and the have their own power feed. I just need to find a power source that's activated by the lights.

If the harness is there in pillar post, tie in there and they should work with normal parking lights.

Does you truck have cab lights already and you are replacing them with Recon or are you installing them and drilling holes?

It did not come with them so I'm starting from scratch.

I installed them on my truck. The pucker factor is drilling 15 holes in the roof of your truck (three per light). Here is a very good thread on the install including removing the head liner. If you truck don't currently have them installed you don't have a harness already there, so you will need to run the Recon harnass. There is a wire under the driver side door sill you can tap into. Not sure what the wire color but it covered in this thread. Good luck, you will love them. Did you get the smoked or clear? You will need to add the side mirror lights now to match
