Dang it...I was honest to goodness excited for 13.2 seconds.
I wish I had an "extra" dpf to do some experimentation. The DPF has differential sensors to detect pressure build up (pre and post filter I believe). I'd love to see if pounding a hole in the DPF (like in the good ol days with cats...not the animals LOL) would still work.

I have wondered from day one why no one makes aftermarket DPF's?
