......so there has been a rumor of Ford stepping up their game and releasing a 450HP "factory tune" for '13.....

Supposedly it's to be released for 12's as well I'm going to find out on Friday hopefully.

I doubt it. Until GM and Ram step up their HP. I don't think Ford will push the horse power wars on an existing engine.

Well that may just be it......maybe Cummins is coming out with something the public doesn't know about yet, considering they have been in last place in the HP/TQ war for the last couple years

Cummins may be upping the hp now that they have this new Aisen trans, but I talked to my old boss the service manager at the local ford dealer and I'm going up on Friday to plug in and see what's available, she seemed to think that there is such a flash out there.

I'll bet they do because Dodge is upping the torque rating to 850 ft. lbs. for the 2013 MY.

Subscribed!! I don't see how it would work on 2013 and not the 2012 there was no change to the 6.7 between model years. Needless to say I'm excited, I hope it's true!

Exactly the motors have been the same so I would assume it would be a tune for the 6.7 period.
