oil change
with the prices i can get motorcraft 5w-40 oil can i bring my own oil and filter to ford to change so i can afford synthetic oil, priced at dealer for 180.00 for oil and filter then labor.

My guess is no, but they may price match the oil, or you could save on the labor cost and DIY.
