Rear window leaking

Anyone else have/had this problem? It is leaking to the point that everything behind the back seat on the driver's side of the truck is damp. I plan to call Ford in the morning to see if it is covered under wattanty.

I would suspect the 3rd brake light is the real problem.

Mine was leaking also on the driver's side at the top. I applied a bead of silicone sealant around the edges and haven't had any problems since. It was not the 3rd brake light.
