Question Ticking issue from middle/rear of truck

I have a 2011 250 turbo diesel with 8000 miles. When I put truck in gear a clicking/ticking sound comes from the middle/rear of the truck. It clickes three or four times then stops. It does the same thing when I give it gas, it ticks a few times then stops. I have not towed anything to see if it a issue when under a load. Any ideas?

Also, just last week I had the entire fuel system replaced due to the HPFP giving out. Metal was found in fuel lines and injectors. Ford replaced everything, but could not determine the cause. I spoke to a Ford engineer and he said he had no idea, but told me not to worry, they would replace everything.
