Very very impressed.

I towed my totaled 6.0 home today. I figure GVW was 18-20k and my 6.7 never slacked up a bit @ 70 mph the whole way. I come from Blackwell, OK to Louisiana. This thing is a towing beast and I got the 3.15 gears.

On another note, I have my CTS mounted in there. The DPF load & DPF soot contamination stayed very very low the whole time. It only regenerated 2x in 1300 miles. It regen right at the end of the first 650 with just trailer and then again about 550 into the return trip with the 6.0 on the trailer. Is this normal? I thought that when towing it would regen more often??

I heard some guys here says when you tow a lot you will get less regens because EGT's stay higher leading to a passive regeneration.

That's completely normal when towing, I'm glad you like your truck.

My truck chugs DEF when towing, but then again I am usually running 80-85.

It is usually one of our bumper pull trailers with a tricked out jeep. Don't know the exact number. But that is what I'm pulling.
