Edge Insight CS not showing 8 parameters

Folks, new to this forum. Just traded my 2006 F250 6.0L for a 2012 F350 6.7L, man what a difference.

Not sure if this is the right discussion area for this, but after I updated my Edge Insight CS via the Fusion software, plugged it into my new truck, I noticed that for the 6 and 8 parameter displays, I could see all available "slots" to customize parameters, but only had the ability to control 5 and 7 respectively. Specifically, for the 8 parameter display, I cannot control the middle right parameter. In fact, it doesn't even appear in the menu...weird. So I detach, re-attach, cycle key on/off - nothing. I have a ticket logged with Edge, and am awaiting response.

Anyone else experience this?

No but I swear my old Cs could only monitor up to 6 and my cts can monitor up to 8. It's definitely something edge will be able to help you out with though. I would just call them instead of emailing. It will get it taken care of quicker. Good luck

All, problem finally solved. After a few back and forths, they reviewed the logs for my update, and saw that some core files had not been pushed down. Once they pushed the files down to my unit, problem solved.

Kudos to Edge for their great customer support on this one.
