Driver Door rattle
I got a 2012 f-250 and about two weeks ago i noticed that the door rattles when hitting bumps and rough roads. I have looked around and noticed that when shut the driver doors gap to the back door (4 door truck) is larger right at the two tone divide then the passenger side of the trucks gap. I know i can take it to Ford to look at it, but I was going to see if anyone has had this issue with a newer truck or anything. Couldnt really find a previous thread on this

Just adjust the door catch. I did it on my Dodge and was easy. Put a piece of tape in small increments and just move the catch in some. Probably a torx head bolt!

Mine was like this new. I watched the body shop hit the latch with a hammer/drift. I was like "hey, aren't you going to loosen the bolts?" He replied: "No, this is the way we do this."

I have the very same slight noise. I think its a loose lock rod, but its not annoying enough yet.
