Louisiana to Orlando 17.2mpg roundtrip

Took my 2011 F-250 6.7Powerstroke on family vacation. Almost took my wifes Dogde Nitro RT but at 6'4"300lbs I didnt think my knees could take it. I'm glad I did. Over 1,500 miles rountrip. I took the scenic route around Daytona instead of taking I-75 on the way up. Ran 75-85mph on the highway so it wasnt padded. On the way up I ran 65-70mph a few hours and averaged 19+mpg.
Cant beat the comfort of this truck on the open road...power up and down the hills still blows me away. I drove a 5.3liter 2003 Suburban for almost 9years, this is a dream come true

I live 20-30minutes from New Orleans.. those of you that know where that is know its no where close to this

I'm in Lafayette, took a trip to Arkansas in Jan. Averege 18.5 at 72 with the wife, kids and a bed full of crap. After DPF delete, H&S Mini maxx, and EGR blocker, Same trip got 22.9 at 72. Pulled my 5th wheel to Morgan City stock @9mpg. I just got home from Amite this weekend, Pulled same camper and got 13.2. Take that crap off your truck and then you will be impressed!

Mine is bone stock except the wheels. Only thing added was DeiselKlean to the tank. Stock exhaust, stock exhaust filter and Im running exhaust fluid. Running 65-70mph I can.average as much as 21mpg. But I was running 80-90mph on this one to be honest average overall was 17.2-17.4 round trip.

Nagivation estimated 12hrs and I did it in 10hrs. Flat out hauling it. Wife and 3kids. My daughters are 20,12 & 10 so you can imagine how many suitcases of clothes, shoes and crap I had in the back. Not counting cases of drinks and water to have all week.

I race motorcycles. Pulling my 16ft enclosed loaded down with bike, box full of tools, rooftop AC unit, generator etc... Running to Dallas, Houston or Mississippi I avg 12mpg with the trailer on it.

And its alot faster out the gate with the trailer on it. It will paint a 11 thru 1st,2nd and 3rd easily with the 33" Toyo Open Country AT rubber

19-20mpg if you are willing to stay under 70mph...
