5AC coil springs vs 6AD - whats the difference?

I have the 5AC coil springs and a snow plow package.
My neighbor has 6AD coil springs and the camper package.

What are the difference? Which is stiffer if either?

These are front coil springs. He does have the overload on the rear. I don't.
