Trying to figure out what gear to use in low range. I was thinking 3rd but not sure yet

I use second gear low. With the tow haul mode on

When we use the manual shift button and put are truck in 2 gear does it start out in second or go from first to second?

ya guys what is the best gear to use? Heard if u try 4 low in 3rd in manual mode it would go to 4th anyway idk? and head 2 was to low ???

i think they stay in the gear you choose

In manual mode you can start in 1st 2nd or 3rd. It starts in the gear you choose.
