I have a 2011 xl without cruise i need to reset truck to stock so they can remap engine so cruise will work when they install it.. can i set it to stock for this without putting egr and dpf back on..?

i guess the solution is reset to stock unplug tuner and drive on low power setting to dealership have em remap cpu to add cruise drive replug tuner in parking lot and drive home?

No. You're going to have to remove the H&S files on the computer and reinstall the original PCM/TCM files. The tuner will do all this for you when you select 'return to stock' Simply unplugging the tuner will only set it in the 'no power' level, not remove the tuning files.

The dpf and egr will have to be in working order as well.

From my understanding, the dealerships computer won't be able to write/change files on the computer when the computer has the H&S files on it. H&S files must be removed first.

i was tracking setting it to stock with tuner before unplug but it wont run on limp mode with egr and dpf removed **** it no cruise i guess......
