Question for those with Titan fuel tanks
How do you know how much fuel you have left? I watched a youtube video where a guy did the install and put 10 gallons of diesel in his truck and still had a low fuel warning light.

I put a titan on my truck about 4,000 miles ago. I use my trip meter and just watch the gallons used. I was told Ford can reprogram the computer, but the Ford dealer by my apartment is the Webster's definition of incompetent so of course " that's not possible" so I've just been living with it.

The digital miles to empty on the EVIC screen will be off. The analog gauge isn't affected.

not bad .. just run your tank low so it's lighter and a floor jack will work but on a lifted truck under 4 inches you may need to jack the truck up to slide the tank out
or some folks pull the bed I also suggest a pressure test after you swap the sender and gasket ,, it would suck to get done and have a leak when you over fill |
