Bilstein 5100's and towing

Been looking around and can't find a definitive answer.

Just picked up our 2012 F350 DRW 4x4. We bought it primarily to tow a fifth wheel we are buying next month, but it will be getting a lot of daily driving as well.

Love the truck!

That said, I want to replace the stock (non-fx4) shocks with bilsteins to improve the around town ride. However, I can't potentially compromise the towing capabilities in any way.

Will the Bilsteins negatively effect towing? What kind of changes would I potentially see?

Thanks!

I tow a 12k lb 5th wheel, which puts me at my max of 20k GCVW and I'm running Bilstein 5100's. You will be fine with these shocks.

I did not notice any change in towing performance when I changed my stockers to 5100's last time i hooked up to the tractor.
