Got my recall notice

I got a recall notice in the mail today for the NOx sensor to be replaced. Since it is no longer on my truck, guess I will just pitch it in the trash.

Yeah same here i tried to return my black maxx to stock to do the recall and it keeps getting an error saying BM code cant be found... not sure what im gonna do.

Which trucks does this apply to? I have yet to relieve this letter. Why are they replacing this sensor?

The Recall Name is : Customer Satisfaction Program 12B33. Look that up and see if it helps

I have had the recall done on my truck.

The ticket says PCM and NOX sensor recalibration.

It doesn't say anything about replacing them.

If and I do say if, the NOX sensor sends info that helps determine the fueling strategy, I wonder if it will end up improving or hurting fuel economy.

If their history serves as any indicator, the 6.0L had this same label on one of the strategy updates and while it helped with some of the injector problems, fuel mileage suffered. I hope that this isn't the case for the 6.7.
